As a society, we are consistently bombarded with high speed professionals and fast paced cities. As a result, stress levels are at an all time high.

Purring whilst relaxing

My work is an embodiment of my personal experiences with stress and anxiety. I find myself withdrawing from others at times of intensity, and to retrieve my reality I take a mindful practice in my life, allowing my senses to drive my thoughts, grounding me.

I express my experiences through representation of the physical senses. Sight through illustration, hearing by 3D printing sound-waves, and touch by encouraging the audience to have an interactive gallery experience.
